Converted.ie is the trading name of Daniel Padmore, a sole trader based in Co. Donegal, Ireland. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at admin@converted.ie.

  • Scheduling data: If you book a call through our Calendly widget, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any information you provide. Calendly acts as a separate data controller for that data under their own privacy policy.
  • Email correspondence: If you contact us directly via email, we receive your name, email address, and the content of your message.

  • Scheduling: To allow you to book an audit call with us.
  • Email enquiries: To respond to your questions and discuss our services.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following third-party service providers who help us operate this website:

  • Google (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager): Website analytics. Data may be processed in the EU and US.
  • Cookiebot (Usercentrics): Cookie consent management. Data processed in the EU.
  • Calendly: Appointment scheduling. Data may be processed in the US.
  • Vercel: Website hosting. Data may be processed in the EU and US.

Each provider operates under their own data processing agreements and privacy policies.

6. International Transfers

Some of our service providers (Google, Calendly, Vercel) may transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). These transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, or adequacy decisions where applicable.

7. How Long We Keep Data

  • Analytics data: Retained for up to 14 months (as configured in Google Analytics 4), then automatically deleted.
  • Cookie consent records: Stored for 12 months, after which you will be asked to consent again.
  • Email correspondence: Retained for the duration of our business relationship and deleted within 12 months of our last interaction, unless required for legal purposes.
  • Scheduling data: Managed by Calendly under their retention policy.

8. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your data where there is no compelling reason for continued processing.
  • Restriction: Request that we limit how we use your data.
  • Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Withdraw consent: Where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
